UPDATE:  In escrow in less than three days!

I love this house!  Check it out on the visual tour…it is a special one!  The house is just the perfect family home with charm and warmth throughout!  I loved working with the homeowners to highlight all of the special touches they have put into the house over their years there.  All of the outdoor spaces are just perfect!  Thank you for letting me help you make your beautiful home shine even more!

UPDATE:  IN ESCROW!  In less than a week!

This house was vacant and not selling for over 7 months…I staged it, the sellers changed their listing agent and the house sold in less than a week!  Love it!

Vacant Staging

It is always fun to transform a space completely - nothing there to work from just my own creativity.  This is a listing that has been sitting on the market for quite a while and has now been listed with Janice McGlashan.  It will be fun to see how fast it is sold now that she is the listing agent and it has been staged moi!

UPDATE:  In escrow in less than 7 days!

Well, this has always been a house that I have been curious about on Alta Canyada Road and it went on the market officially today!  I consulted with the homeowners and they executed all of my suggestions!  Love that!  It is a great house on a lot and a half!  $1,095,000 and it is about 2300 sq.ft. with the most adorable backyard!  Check it out!

Often clients fight me a bit about painting, but as you can see in this picture, the paint is what transforms this dining room.  Before the paint color looks too harsh and quite frankly outdated.  The homeowner fought a bit, but in the end they turned the house over to me and we painted key areas and the trim in the house.  It makes such a dramatic change without that much effort.

In Escrow!  I think in less than 60 days!  This was a great house just needed some updates by taking down wallpaper, moving furniture around and bringing in a lot of great accessories.  The home is was a great family home for a wonderful family for over 30 years and it was a pleasure to make leap into 2011!  I used all of the furniture the owners had already and just freshened things up a bit.  What do you think?

SLIPCOVERS!

Times are changing and your clients don’t always want to rent furniture or buy new.   As you can see in these pictures the look of slipcovered furniture can really change a space and pull things together nicely for the clients.  I work closely with the client and my slipcover source to find a look that will go into their current house nicely and will move perfectly to their new homes.  This makes the homeowners happy to know that they are investing in making their home look great to sell, but also they are able to reap the rewards on the other end.  Win..Win!

I mean come on!  These bright orange chairs were hiding up in the master suite!  Moved them down into the otherwise beige, beige, beige living room and look what happens to the room!  The room just comes alive - the artwork looks amazing!  Fun transformation!  House went into escrow in the first 5 days on market!  Yippee!

This is another great property I recently was able to tweak a bit!  I love how really my motto of “it’s just the simple things” really relates to this property!  They had only a few random pieces in the living room before and the client thought they would need to rent furniture in order to stage the room.  As I looked around the house, we just borrowed furniture from other rooms that really did not need to have the extra pieces in them and VOILA!  we have a great living room!
